These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ppp77 platform, including all games, betting markets, account functions, promotions, payment services and any other features provided by ppp77 ("the Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ppp77. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance.

2.Account Security and Responsibility

As the registered account holder you bear sole responsibility for all activity conducted through your ppp77 account. The following obligations apply to you at all times:

• You must keep your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials strictly confidential. Do not share login details with any other person under any circumstances. ppp77 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain confidentiality.
• You must notify ppp77 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. ppp77 will investigate such reports and take appropriate security measures.
• You must not allow any other person, including family members, to access or use your ppp77 account. If ppp77 has reason to believe a third party is operating your account, ppp77 may suspend the account pending investigation.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. ppp77 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

3.Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules govern all financial transactions conducted on the ppp77 Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. ppp77 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without notice. You should verify which methods are currently available before initiating a transaction.

ppp77 processes withdrawal requests in good faith and in accordance with its standard processing timelines. Processing times vary by payment method. Mobile money withdrawals via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are typically processed faster than card-based withdrawals.

4.Bonuses and Promotions

ppp77 offers a welcome bonus to eligible new players and may offer additional promotional bonuses from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

5.Game Rules and Fair Play

The following principles govern all gameplay conducted on the ppp77 Platform:

6.Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once a limit is set it may not be increased until after a mandatory cooling-off period. Limits may be reduced at any time with immediate effect.

8.Limitation of Liability and Amendments

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppp77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses or damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunction, network interruption, third-party payment provider failure or any event outside ppp77's reasonable control.
